In this presentation, you will learn how to better prepare your client using a third-party intercessor whose duty it is to control the process with objectivity so a reasoned and supportable decision can be reached.
Mr. Nielsen will provide scenarios of adversarial settings which may deal with managing attorney advocates and the boundaries of confidentiality. He will also focus on potential conflicts of dual representation, providing legal advice, drafting mediation agreements, and other ethical dilemmas.
