Learn how to locate federal statutes and regulations, in print and online, and how to use the Annotated Codes to optimize your research.

Metered Parking: Free after 6 p.m.  All parking meters now accept credit cards, in addition to bills and coins. The Law Library is unable to provide change for metered parking; please plan accordingly. 

Disabled Person Parking: Free parking is available at meters, residential permit areas, and blue or green curbs. Patrons who choose to park in off-street parking lots and garages (public and private) are obligated to pay any applicable parking rates.

Course Description:
This is the first presentation of a two-part series covering federal primary law in the form of statutes and regulations. It will conclude with a discussion on the secondary sources most frequently used for statutory and regulatory research.
