Catherine B. Frink is an Administrative Law Judge II with the Office of Administrative Hearings, where she presides over hearings and mediates disputes for state and local government agencies. During her 29-year career with the Office of Administrative Hearings, Judge Frink has worked in the Sacramento and San Francisco offices of OAH, and has served as the Deputy Director and Sacramento Presiding Administrative Law Judge. Prior to her employment in state service, Judge Frink worked as a labor lawyer in private practice. She is a 1979 graduate of the University of California, Los Angeles School of Law and the UCLA Anderson Graduate School of Management.
