Event: Microsoft® EXCEL 2010 for Legal Professionals: Part A - Workbooks, Data Lists, Formulas, and Tips & Tricks

This hands-on computer class will cover workbooks and terminology; managing data lists; inserting and deleting rows and columns; using and creating simple formulas; worksheet management; formatting of cells; and the use of headers and footers.

Parking:

Metered Parking: Metered Parking: Free after 6 p.m.  All parking meters now accept credit cards, in addition to bills and coins

 

Disabled Person Parking: Free parking at meters, residential permit areas, and blue or green curbs. Patrons who choose to park in off-street parking lots and garages (public and private) are obligated to pay any applicable parking rates. Sacramento City Parking Information.

Map of the Sacramento Regional Transit service to downtown Sacramento. There is a light rail stop at the K Street Mall, within walking distance of the Sacramento County Public Law Library. The Amtrak Station is also in walking distance of the Law Library.

This hands-on computer class will cover sorting and filtering data; managing large worksheets; creating advanced charts, graphs, and forms; and the use of keyboard shortcuts.

In this hands-on computer course, you will learn how to use the new Ribbon interface within Microsoft PowerPoint 2010. Participants will plan, create, and execute a PowerPoint presentation using bulleted slides, exhibits, and photos to leave a lasting impression in the courtroom. No prior experience is necessary.
