To Enable Cookies:
From the main menu bar select Tools
From the Tools menu select Internet Options
Click on the Security tab
Click on Custom Level
Scroll down to the Cookies section
Set Allow cookies that are stored on your computer to Enable
Set Allow per-session cookies to Enable
Click on OK or Apply as prompted
To Enable JavaScript:
From the main menu bar select Tools
From the tools menu select Internet Options
Click on the Security tab
Click on Custom Level
Scroll down to the section called Scripting
Set Active Scripting to Enable
Click on OK or Apply as prompted
To Refresh Every Page:
From the main menu bar select Tools
From the tools menu select Internet Options
Click on the General tab
Click on Settings in the Temporary Internet Files Section
Under the heading of Check for Newer Versions of Stored Pages, select Every Visit to the Page
Click on OK or Apply as prompted.
