This website provides information about starting your case, presenting your case in court, and collecting your judgment. It also links to all necessary forms.

Small Claims Court Electronic Filing System
Sacramento County Small Claims Court requires all cases and documents to be filed using this online system. This system can be accessed at the courthouse, or from any computer with internet access.
