Lexis.com


The library has a limited subscription to Lexis.com. The Lexis.com database can be used to retrieve the text of federal and state court decisions and recent law review articles if the exact citation is known. Lexis.com can also be use to Shepardize court decisions, statutes, administrative regulations, and law review articlesif the exact citation to the decision, statute, regulation or article is known. In addition to the printing and saving options available with all the library's electronic resources, patrons can also:

  • Instruct Lexis.com to fax the document to them (no charge)
  • Instruct Lexis.com to e-mail the document to them (no charge)

Patrons cannot conduct word searches on Lexis.com through the library's subscription. They must have the citation to the document they need.
