How to Fill Out a Limited Civil Case Memorandum in Sacramento

A Limited Civil Case Status Memorandum is a Sacramento County Superior Court Local Form (CV\E-202) that tells the judge that one party is ready for trial, lets the judge know how many hours that party expects the trial to take, and whether the party wants a jury.
Either party can file it when they are ready for trial.
If you receive one from the other party: If you agree that the case is "at issue" (ready for trial) and with the rest of the statements by the other party, you do not need to do anything at all.
If you have any objections, you have 20 days to file your own Limited Civil Case Status Memorandum (CV\E-202) indicating any objections.
